Hey, thanks, Valentino. For the inspirational shots of this hair bun. It’s sleek and shiny and it has an accessory made of it’s own material; braid. I tend to put my hair in a more pathetic version of this (think of Popeye’s girlfriend, Olive Oil — yeesh) because the humidity of the Bay Area won’t let me live my best life.
If I want my hair this shiny I may have to wear a wig.
Jokes aside, “the grass is always greener,” as my favorite hair stylist Travis from Spoke and Weal says. You always want what you can’t have, and you end up missing what you do have, which can be totally great if you just open your eyes.
