What are your thoughts on Gucci horsebit loafers? Are they insane? Lately I've been downsizing my entire closet to the tried and true basics and realized that while my shoe collection is quite small, it's comprised of really quality shoes. Like, not only designer shoes, but designer shoes that are very well constructed. I don't know why I spent so many years messing around with Zara or cheaper options that would give out after one season's wear, when I could have just spent my money wisely once with what I truly wanted and then just cherished those for longer.
Plus, when I get tired of the designer things I tend to sell them, so I end up recouping 75% of the cost. So given all that, let me ask again: how do we feel about Gucci loafers? Is it a shoe worth spending money on?
